into the private life and struggles of one of world's most poignant figures.
It shows Gandhi as a human, one who was not only a world leader but a father
as well. This widely hailed play presents a moving account of the turbulent
relationship between Mahatma Gandhi and his eldest son Harilal Gandhi.

plays to emerge from India in years." -- John F Burns, New York Times.
