This workshop is designed to help people in identifying and coping with
situations of transition and change in their lives. Cultural adjustment
and coming to terms with a new environment can affect the life of students
and their families during their time at Stanford. The workshop intends to
provide people with a framework where they can safely explore what*s new
in their lives in areas like private and social life, family and career
issues.

The workshop will last about three hours. We will provide some
writing material (like bloc notes, colors, pencils) and a light meal to
the people attending the workshop.

Tentative schedule:
* Short presentation underlining type of problems, reasons and possible
  remediation strategies
* Activities (small groups, role playing, art)
* Final evaluation
